How and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to expect on delivery.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
2. Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on every order. Faster shipping options, where available, are shown at checkout with their cost before you pay.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it's placed. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. Estimates are not guarantees.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to show movement after the label is created.
5. International orders, duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside the destination country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping.
6. Correct address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us quickly if you spot a mistake and we'll try to update it before it ships.
7. Delayed or lost shipments
Carrier delays can happen, especially in peak periods. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended time or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
