Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to ride with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims work.

1. 30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, mounts, and accessories included.

2. What's eligible

Products must be unused or lightly tested, undamaged, and returned with everything that came in the box. Items showing heavy wear, physical damage, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. How to start a return

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and send return instructions and an address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges

Need a different model or a replacement part? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange.

6. Warranty claims

Your device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and a short description (photos or video help) and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

7. Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of replacing or returning a confirmed defective or damaged item.

8. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

9. Non-returnable items

Gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

10. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time, check with your bank or card company first, then contact us and we'll track it down.
